It will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not leak.
3. Polyurethane cold storage panels feature fire resistance, flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance and excellent sound insulation. After adding flame retardants, polyurethane is a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material with a softening point of over 250 degrees Celsius, and it will only decompose at higher temperatures. In addition, when polyurethane burns, it forms ashes on the surface of the foam, which helps to isolate the foam beneath. It can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
4. Good insulation of polyurethane cold storage panels: Polyurethane cold storage panels use lightweight polyurethane as the inner material of the cold storage panels. The advantage of polyurethane is that it has excellent thermal insulation. The shell of the polyurethane cold storage plate is made of SII, pvc color steel plate and stainless steel plate. The advantage of doing this is to prevent the temperature diffusion inside the cold storage plate caused by the large temperature difference between the inside and outside, thereby making the cold storage more energy-efficient and improving its working efficiency.
The selection of cold storage panels is of great significance for cold storage, as it is different from ordinary warehouses. The temperature inside a cold storage is generally lower, and it has higher requirements for air temperature, humidity and the environment. Therefore, when choosing polyurethane cold storage plates, it is necessary to pay attention to selecting those with better temperature control.
