At present, cold storage facilities have gradually covered China. With the rapid development of China's economy, refrigeration equipment has entered various fields such as commerce, agriculture and industry, and is closely related to our lives. However, due to the relatively late development of the domestic refrigeration industry, mechanized operation and management are still not mature at present. However, the domestic labor cost is generally low, and the storage capacity of most cold storage facilities is relatively small. Therefore, the manufacturers of cold storage doors usually operate manually, handle manually, or use manual trolleys. Hydraulic trolleys and electric forklifts are rarely used. As for the automatic opening and closing device of the freezing door, it is even rarer. So it is common for cold storage doors to be damaged for various reasons.

The necessary conditions that cold storage needs to meet: heat and moisture prevention, avoiding cold Bridges, and reducing energy consumption and power. Convenient transportation, mechanical loading and unloading; The structure is simple and the construction is convenient (if appropriate, an aesthetically pleasing architectural form can be considered).

At present, the use of cold storage doors mainly has two problems:

1. Damage to the cold storage door. Because the door of the cold storage needs to be opened and closed frequently, it becomes a part of the cold storage's enclosure structure that is prone to cold leakage and damage. When the cold storage door closes too quickly and collides with the door frame of the cold storage, or collides with the transport vehicle during operation, the cold storage door is prone to damage. When the cold storage door is severely damaged, it can directly lead to the cold storage being unusable.

Second, the power consumption of the cold storage door. The energy consumption caused by the cold storage door cannot be ignored either. It mainly includes two aspects: direct energy consumption, such as the power consumed by the motor rotation and the power required for the insulation and heating of the cold storage door frame, and indirect energy consumption, such as the loss of cold storage capacity due to the long opening time of the cold storage door. It can be seen that the door of the cold storage is of great significance to the overall performance of the cold storage.

The warehouse is always in an environment of low temperature and high humidity with frequent changes in temperature and humidity. The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the warehouse is usually as high as 40 to 70 degrees Celsius. The temperature outside the warehouse is high and the steam pressure is large. When the outside hot air enters the warehouse through the cold storage door, the invading heat and water vapor not only directly increase the heat load of the refrigeration, but also reduce the evaporation efficiency due to the increase in the thickness of the frost layer on the evaporator. At the same time, cold and hot air can cause damage to the door of the cold storage and the nearby building structure, ground and insulation materials, and even cause the walls of the cold storage to swell due to frost, greatly reducing the service life of the enclosure structure and increasing the energy consumption of the cold storage. Poor performance or poor management of cold storage doors can directly lead to increased energy consumption. Poor performance of cold storage doors can increase energy consumption by 5% or even more.
